Help the guild help you

As the topic clearly states "Help the guild help you", that means tell uss what you think is wrong in the guild or what could be better and we'll try to make it better in the way that you want. We can't always follow alls thought, but we can try. In this topic i'd like replys like "I think it would be better if..." and "I don't think it should be like this, bcuz..." not "this guild suxx i gquit" neither "kick *examplechar* he suxx".
